The Peruvian Institute of Mining Engineers (IIMP), through the Student Leaders Program, seeks to promote talent and train young people as future leaders of the mining industry.
Thanks to the program, students from universities and institutes will strengthen their knowledge, develop key skills necessary for the sector, and interact with students from different regions, thereby enriching their learning through diversity and collaborative networking. Additionally, they will have the opportunity to engage with specialists and industry experts in the country.
Participating in PERUMIN 37 will allow them to learn firsthand about the challenges and opportunities of the mining sector, enhancing their academic and professional growth.
We invite you not to miss this unique experience and to contribute to an innovative, sustainable mining industry committed to the development of Peru.
Welcome to this great learning and leadership opportunity!
It encourages interaction between exhibiting companies, attendees, and selected students, offering them continuous training and the opportunity to be part of the PERUMIN 37 organizing team.
The main goal is to teach Peruvians, especially young people, that the mining industry is more than just extracting and selling minerals. It is a complex and responsible activity, with high standards, that provides excellent opportunities for developing advanced science and technology, backed by our human and mineral resources.
The future of mining is waiting for you!
