More than a contest, an innovative community that seeks solutions.

PERUMIN Hub is more than a contest. It is an open innovation program that promotes real connections between mining companies and innovators. It is an innovative community that seeks solutions to the major challenges of the sector through collaborative innovation.

In our first two editions, PERUMIN HUB has had the participation of 22 mining companies and more than 60 allies from different countries such as Germany, Australia, Brazil, Canada, Chile, Israel, Mexico, Republic of Korea, South Africa, Switzerland, and Peru.

In the first two editions of PERUMIN Hub, innovators from 20 countries collaborated and connected. In 2021, 79 innovations applied to the contest, and in 2022, there were 83. But PERUMIN Hub is more than a contest. In the linkage stage, over these 2 years, the program has connected more than 170 innovators through its matchmaking 1 platform. Furthermore, through matchmaking 2, in 2021, 38 preliminary proposals received feedback from mining companies, a number that doubled in 2022, with 79 preliminary proposals receiving feedback.

As a final result, in these two years, 86 proposals generated interest in at least one mining company, 47 of them are under evaluation, 2 in implementation processes, and 1 implemented.
