ADDITIONAL PROGRAMWATER, CLIMATE CHANGE AND MINING SUMMIT

Transcendental forum for the presentation of current information and discussion of strategies, technologies, challenges, financing and global synergistic solutions
accompanied by local initiatives, replicable and sustainable in water management and mining in the context of the complex and urgent challenges of climate change.

Dear participants:

We extend our warmest welcome to the Water, Climate Change and Mining Summit. We have worked very hard for months to have a far-reaching, varied and multi-stakeholder program, represented by distinguished and successful leaders who will engage in discussion among speakers and participants such as yourselves.

Our objective is to address current issues concerning water, climate change and mining with absolute objectivity and to analyze them both from a global perspective and in terms of their local applicability. These include sustainable mining and water resource management in the context of climate change, water management technologies and their challenges in the short and long term, replicable global solutions, sustainable financing, among others. This is supplemented with case studies of local initiatives highlighting their challenges, opportunities and lessons learned. We have even included a brief but valuable break that will allow for interaction with all attendees without exception.

We invite those, who, like us, are passionate, hungry for dialogue and have a strong commitment to sustainable development and the appropriate use of natural resources. Join us and be part of this initiative that will surely exceed your expectations. See you on Thursday, September 29 at 3:00 pm at Sala Mineros Chavin de Huantar.
