This week, Mining Thursday, an event organized by the Peruvian Institute of Mining Engineers (IIMP), will feature a conference titled “Conclusions of PERUMIN Jóvenes: Leaders of Change for Sustainable Mining,” presented by Homar Lozano, president of PERUMIN Jóvenes.
Additionally, Pamela Antonioli, member of the PERUMIN Hub team, and Lucía Medina, coordinator of PERUMIN Inspira, will discuss the most important aspects of both mining innovation programs.
The event will also include a panel of distinguished professionals, including Felipe Valencia-Dongo, senior partner at Grupo Estrategia, and Militzza Arribasplata, Superintendent of Recruitment and Talent Management at Minera Las Bambas. The session will be moderated by Gustavo De Vinatea, general manager of the IIMP.
